Topic : Why do we feel Sad? | How to deal with Sadness or Depression? | Fear of Unknown
Idk sometime, I feel so low and kinda depressed with no reason though I know that this depression is not last for longer period of time. And asking myself why am feeling that emotion, can't I try to be happy or try to boost my feel good hormone. Not only me their are many like me.

Hi readers, I am back with a new blog and today I am going to cover 3 main things.
1. Why do we feel Sad?
2. How can we deal with that situation? And How can I be happy most of the time.
3. Also Fear of Unknown.
*I am notifying you that in this post everything is written in my own words and I am writing this because I am feeling that emotion little bit now*....
INTRO..
Let's start with little intro of this sadness or depression which is uncertain but then also make us feel like nothing is in our hand. Sadness is what we feel when we loose something or simply when their is no happiness. We feel so low when our life is running in so worst condition, when be feel heartbroken that can be the reason too. When we loose the value of ourself. Or loose our friends, or when we miss our old times.
Simply thing happens that, today I was thinking to change my Facebook profile picture. After that I started going through my gallery, and yeah started seeing the old pictures of mine and those picture made me feel like, I started missing those spended times with them.
With that, the thoughts maybe repeat not maybe there are many in this world who sometime feels the same things and gone through with it. There are many who have feeling of fear and depression Without any reason. So this post is for both. Enjoy the post and don't hesitate to comment your feelings.

Now let's cover the questions.
1. Why do we feel Sad?
About this I already written in the intro section. But then also let me repeat... When we loose something, when we are in worst situation, when we are struggling too much and not getting any reward, when we miss someone, etc. There are tons of reason about feeling sad. Sometime I will talk about it in deep when you readers will comment me down.
Now it's turn of Q.2.
2. How can we deal with that situation?
See, if I talk about this there are way more better things to heal yourself from this sadness. You don't have to worry when you feel sad because it's a feeling and you have to accept it. Yeah that doesn't mean in all the times you will be depressed or sad, reason it can lead you to start thinking negative thoughts.
Solutions.
1. You can go out for a walk and feel the beauty of nature. Go on a places like which will give you a peaceful feelings and boost your mind.
2. You Can start reading self help books. Self help books are packed with full of solutions and power.
3. You can start listening your favourite musics. Yeah it's true listening your favourite music can heal you coz you can relate yourself with your favourite music in this world. Relating with them feeling the music can really heals you up. But yeah here I am not talking about sad songs.
4. You can go out for a coffee with your loved ones and spend time. If your loved ones is way more understanding you know then what I mean. They can easily take you out with that situation and heal your mood.
5. Or You can go out with some of your good friends, and share your feelings to them. The reason why I said this because you know friends are the awesome creatures made in this world they are the person who can make you feel awesome in the worst situations. I don't have to say more about them coz you are clever enough.
6. Importantly, Do regular exercise coz it's have a power to make you feel good. When you do exercises daily, you starts building a habit which will later lead you to a successful person. Not only that, physical training have a power of changing your lifestyle, with it you can start getting good sleep. And it's necessary to eat healthy too if you are exercising, so eating healthy will improve your digestion and boost your immune system and it keep your face glowly too. When you start keeping this habit, you will not get a time to waste in negative things because you have to involve yourself totally in it and you will start beeing positive and energetic always.
7. Do what makes you happy, don't listen anyone (if you are right and if the thing is giving you a pleasure feelings).

3. About Fear of Unknown
By the name only you are getting the meaning of it. Sometime we have a fear, we share that fear feeling to our friend or lovely mom/dad but when they ask us a reason We don't have an answer about it. This happens when we start living with full of negative thoughts and when we be alone most of the time. And when we haven't experienced a new thing in a life and when we goes to try that new thing we have fear though we know that we will succeed. We should always have a faith on our
