Hey readers,
 Its been for me more then 2 years, I am in fitness field also not a older guy who is writing this blog am just 18. And by reading that you can say yeah I started my workout from 16 years and yes I am a Indian guy.

I am making this post just to say all the peoples, that fitness has changed my life drastically. I gained respect, popularity and also people's started helping when I am in my worst situation. Many things happens with me. I m putting down my Instagram ID do check my picture and follow me on insta.

I don't have to say you how important is fitness in this modern era because you read those blogs and big articles in new web pages and watch videos of it. But then also who are unaware with it, let me say you how beneficial it for you. By starting building a daily exercising you will not only build a self development also it will help you to keep yourself away from worst health problems. Their is million - million of benefits which is not answerable for me as well. Till you don't start developing those quality habits in you, you will not understand about it.

And if you already started your workout journey a big Congratulations 🎊.. To You..

For Gym Freaks. 

Most importantly as you are from India going gym and don't know what to do because your gym trainer is worthless and following bro-science.

For Home Fitness Freaks

Yes, I have solution for those also whose parents doesn't allow them to go for gym because they are below 18 and their parents says '' beta abhi gym join mat ker height ruk jayegi '' and many more myths which our parents have but don't worry Your brother is here (me). And really I am literally saying you, the apps I will say you, not only you will gain but also the people and surroundings will appreciate your hardwork and lol yeah they will reach you to top.

I am suggesting you some personal best apps which I tried and some my friends tried by themselves and got really a beautiful results and changes. 

    I used this and yeah you can calculate your calories too. It's have inbuild features to count your calories. Also you can put your water intake in it. And importantly every exercises are well tested and verified. 

   I use to use this app when 4 years ago and this app is also helped me gain a bit because I didn't followed it for longer time but yeah its do give you a result. 

Importantly I want to say you that please don't come and say me after following 1 week or 2 week that you have not gained a single gram also. You know very well you have to be consistent with your diet and exercise then only you will gain or loose fat. And yes results come after 8 weeks only. Either you doing workout in home or gym.
